Before booking an appointment:

Exam/Vaccination Appointments: Multiple pets can be seen at your scheduled exam/vaccination appointment time. However, we do ask that if you have more than 3 pets needing to be seen that you book an additional time slot. Once you have booked your exam appointment you will receive an appointment confirmation email with a link to register your pet(s). Please fill out the registration form the same day you book your appointment!

Spay/Neuter Appointments: Only one pet can seen/operated on per spay/neuter appointment. If you need multiple pets to be spayed/neutered then you must book multiple spay/neuter appointments. Pets should have NO FOOD after 5pm the night before or morning of surgery. Also, please note that pets over 90 pounds, in heat, or pregnant can not be operated on. If at any time after arrival it is discovered that your pet is over 90 pounds, in heat, or pregnant the clinic staff/volunteers reserve the right to refuse surgery and to cancel your appointment. Once you have booked your exam appointment you will receive an appointment confirmation email with a link to register your pet. Please fill out the registration form the same day you book your appointment!

Use the form below to register your pet(s). Basic Exam Appointments will be able to be booked online after registration is submitted. For Spay/Neuter Surgeries we will contact you after your registration form is submitted to book your pets surgery.
